Livica - Collective fondation

As a collective foundation, Livica looks after insured persons throughout Switzerland. This means that the website must be available in at least three of the four national languages in order to offer its customers the best possible user experience. In addition, the website is also offered in English to cater to all policyholders. Furthermore, it is imperative that documents are easy to find for policyholders and easy to maintain for Livica employees. In addition to the comprehensive pension solutions, Livica also offers seminars aimed at policyholders. They must be able to register online easily and efficiently.

The website is based on Framer, a no-code tool that shines above all with its design implementation options. Many options, such as multilingualism, multi-level forms or content management, had to be programmed and implemented manually. Our main task was to prepare the forms in such a way that a confirmation email is sent to the sender as well as to Livica itself. In addition, all data records were to be summarized in a table document in order to maintain an overview. First, we had to completely rebuild the form with a native Framer form. We then created a Zapier, which triggers the form data twice as an email and also summarizes it in a Google Spreadsheet. After an intensive test phase, we were able to go live with the website before Christmas.

Despite the limitations of Framer, we have found ways and solutions to provide Livica with a clear overview of registrations.
